Enforcement Rules of the Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 34
Preservation and conservation plans stipulated in Article 92 of the Act shall be implemented based on the requirements of designated cases; the content of such preservation and conservation plans shall be as follows:1. Basic information filing;2. Investigation and record making ;3. Impartation or inheritance events;4. Educational and promotional events;5. Protection and revitalization measures; and6. Periodically tracking and recording.7. Other relevant matters

本法第九十二條所定保存維護計畫，應依登錄個案需求為之，其內容如下：
