The preservation plans under Articles 49 and 63 of the Act shall include the following contents:1. Basic investigation;2. Legal research;3. System construction;4. Management and conservation; and5. Regional development and operation, related drawings, and other items.Preservation plans under the preceding Paragraph shall be conducted according to archeological site supervision and preservation plans and historic site and cultural landscape preservation plans under Articles 48 and 62 of the Act.

中文原文文化資產保存法施行細則第26條

本法第四十九條及第六十三條所定保存計畫，其內容如下：
一、基礎調查。
二、法令研究。
三、體制建構。
四、管理維護。
五、地區發展及經營、相關圖面等項目。
前項保存計畫應依本法第四十八條及第六十二條所定之考古遺址監管保護計畫及史蹟、文化景觀保存維護計畫之內容辦理。
