Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 86
Any alteration of or damage to the natural status of a natural reserve is prohibited.In order to conserve the natural status of a natural reserve, no one is allowed to enter the designated zone of the reserve without the permission of the competent authority, unless otherwise provided in other laws. The qualifications of applicants, admission terms, operational procedures and other compliance requirements shall be stipulated by the central competent authority.

自然保留區禁止改變或破壞其原有自然狀態。
為維護自然保留區之原有自然狀態，除其他法律另有規定外，非經主管機關許可，不得任意進入其區域範圍；其申請資格、許可條件、作業程序及其他應遵行事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
