Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 82
Natural landscapes and natural monuments shall be managed and conserved by their owners, users or managers, and the competent authority may provide necessary assistance to manage and conserve private natural landscape.Agencies (institutions) having jurisdiction over natural landscapes or natural monuments, or other relevant agencies (institutions), or duly registered organizations or individuals may be commissioned to manage or conserve such natural landscapes or natural monuments.Anyone who manages and conserves natural landscapes and natural monuments shall draft management and conservation plans for the natural landscapes and natural monuments and file the plans with the competent authority for recordation.

自然地景、自然紀念物由所有人、使用人或管理人管理維護；主管機關對私有自然地景、自然紀念物，得提供適當輔導。
自然地景、自然紀念物得委任、委辦其所屬機關（構）或委託其他機關（構）、登記有案之團體或個人管理維護。
自然地景、自然紀念物之管理維護者應擬定管理維護計畫，報主管機關備查。
