Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 71
To meet the needs of research and promotion, a public antiquity custodian agency (institution) may reproduce or supervise the reproduction of the antiquities under its custody with its name put onto such productions. Unless there are the permission and supervision from the custodian agency (institution), no third party may further reproduce such reproduced antiquities.The regulations governing the reproduction and supervised reproduction of antiquities under the preceding paragraph shall be stipulated by the central competent authority.

公立文物保管機關（構）為研究、宣揚之需要，得就保管之公有古物，具名複製或監製。
他人非經原保管機關（構）准許及監製，不得再複製。
前項公有古物複製及監製管理辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
