Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 60

The municipal, county or city competent authorities shall periodically conduct general surveys of, or accept reports from individuals or organizations on, any sites and scopes deserving of the designation of historic sites or cultural landscapes, and shall review, record and trace in accordance with the procedures stipulated by law.Where individuals or organizations file reports in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the competent authorities shall review the reports within six months.The competent authorities may review the traced historic sites or cultural landscapes under Paragraph 1 of this Article according to the procedures set forth in Article 61.
