Cultural Heritage Preservation Act Article 14

The competent authorities shall periodically conduct general surveys of, or accept reports from individuals or organizations on, any sites and scopes deserving of the designation of monuments, historic buildings, commemorative buildings, or groups of buildings, and shall review, record and trace in accordance with the procedures stipulated by this Act.Where individuals or organizations file reports in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the competent authority shall review the reported cultural heritage within six months.The competent authority may review the traced cultural heritage under Paragraph 1 of this Article according to the procedures set forth in Articles 17 to 19.
