Anyone who violates one of the following clauses shall be fined NT$30,000 to NT$150,000:1. Entering a natural reserve zone without the approval of the competent authority in violation of Paragraph 2 of Article 86.2. Failing to file a report with the competent authority in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 88.

有下列情事之一者，處新臺幣三萬元以上十五萬元以下罰鍰：
一、違反第八十六條第二項規定，未經主管機關許可，任意進入自然保留區。
二、違反第八十八條第一項規定，未通報主管機關處理。
