Cultural Fundamental Act Article 4
People shall not suffer discrimination or be subject to unduly different treatment based on people group, language, sex/gender, sexual orientation, age, location, religious belief, physical and mental condition, socioeconomic status, or any other condition in the enjoyment of their cultural rights.
