Cultural Fundamental Act Article 20
The right of cultural and arts workers to survive and to work shall be ensured.The nation shall ensure the labor rights of cultural and arts workers. Accolades, rewards, and necessary assistance and support shall be granted for major contributions made to the creation or conservation of culture and the arts.

文化與藝術工作者之生存權及工作權，應予以保障。
國家應保障文化與藝術工作者之勞動權益；對從事文化藝術創作或保存工作，有重要貢獻者，應給予尊崇、獎勵及必要之協助及支持。
