The nation shall establish a cultural dissemination policy, adroitly utilize ICT broadcasting technology, and encourage the development of digital content.To provide the dissemination of multicultural content and ensure the expression of many opinions, as well as protect the citizenry’s right to know, the nation shall establish a public media system to provide related services.To ensure the autonomy of public media, the nation shall set a budget that establishes secure and sufficient resources to promote the development of public media and ensure that public media are able to disseminate culture.
