The nation shall upgrade the professional operations and development of museums, and make museums more professional and public-oriented such that cultural diversity is honored, preserved, and maintained. It shall utilize multiple methods including technology to increase the people’s access to culture and ensure cultural preservation and the passing on of cultural intelligence and knowledge.Governments at all levels shall establish a museum collections policy and establish appropriate measures shall be adopted for the management, conservation and offering accessibility of museum collections.
