Act Governing the Appointment of Personnel from the Mongolia and Tibet Regions Article 6
For personnel from Mongolia and Tibet whose appointment is being submitted for review, there shall be supporting documents evidencing his or her educational background and experience. If such documents are not available for submission, the Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission may conduct the verification.

擬任之蒙藏人員，於送請任用審查時，其學歷、經歷應提出證明文件，如不能提出時，得由蒙藏委員會查核證明之。
