The appointment for both Directors and Supervisors shall be for a period of three years and may be renewed once. The number of those serving a second term,however, shall not exceed two thirds the number of Directors or Supervisors and shall not be less than one third.Directors and Supervisors representing government agencies shall be properly replaced if the postition is changerd and shall not be term limited. In accordance with Subparagraph 2 and 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 6 and Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article , Directors and Supervisors who resign their position prior to their term’s expiry shall have replacements selected by the supervisory authority and approved by the Premier for a term coterminous with that of the original holder of the position.
