Act for the Establishment of the Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute Article 16
Directors, Supervisors, and related individuals shall not enter into a subsidy, sale,rental, or other contractual, transactional relationship with the Institute . However, this shall not apply to those who, under the stipulations of Paragraph 1 of Article 14 of the Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest, are public servants who have recused themselves.Persons infringing upon this regulation, where the Institute suffers as a result,shall be made to pay compensation.

董事、監事或其關係人，不得與本中心為補助、買賣、租賃、承攬或其他具有對價之交易行為。
但有公職人員利益衝突迴避法第十四條第一項但書規定之情形者，不在此限。
違反前項規定致本中心受有損害者，行為人應對其負損害賠償責任。
