Act to Establish the National Culture and Arts Foundation Article 7
The NCAF shall be governed by a board of directors, with 21 in number, of which one shall serve as chair. The chair shall be elected from among the board. A board of supervisors, three to five in number, shall also be established. One of the board’s member shall be elected by the board to serve as the Executive Supervisors.
