The Organizational Act of the National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Article 3
The Hall shall have one director-general who has a rank of senior grade 12 and as necessary, may be appointed in accordance with the qualifications equivalent to or higher than that of the president of a junior college; and one deputy director-general who has a rank of senior grade 11 and as necessary, may be appointed in accordance with the qualifications equivalent to an associate professor.

本館置館長一人，職務列簡任第十二職等，必要時得比照專科以上學校校長或教授之資格聘任；副館長一人，職務列簡任第十一職等，必要時得比照副教授之資格聘任。
