Organizational Act of the Taiwan Creative Content Agency Article 5
The Agency’s Charter, personnel management, accounting method, internal controls, audit procedures, and other regulations shall, after being approved of by its Board of Directors, be reported to the supervising authority.Public business to be conducted by the Agency shall be determined by its Board of Directors and reported to the supervising authority, and shall not contravene current laws or regulations.

本院應訂定組織章程、人事管理、會計制度、內部控制、稽核作業及其他規章，提經董事會通過後，報請監督機關備查。
