Regulations Governing Collection of Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Fees Article 13
The central competent authority may, when necessary, conduct on-site inspections concerning the content of reports or applications pursuant to these Regulations.When performing relevant reporting review, approval, on-site inspections, and notification work, the central competent authority may, depending on its needs, commission a dedicated organization to perform said work pursuant to Articles 4 through 11.
