Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act Enforcement Rules Article 8
In Article 12, Paragraph 2 of this Act, clarification of groundwater pollution source refers to the determination or confirmation of substances causing groundwater pollution, or the location of such pollution, on the basis of investigation or survey results and data.
