Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act Enforcement Rules Article 2
In accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1 of this Act, competent authorities at all levels shall perform regular testing of the quality of soil and groundwater in the area within their jurisdictions, shall establish annual testing budgets in light of the geographical, geological, and hydrological conditions and state of land use within their areas of jurisdiction, and shall prioritize testing of areas suspected of having soil or groundwater pollution.

各級主管機關依本法第六條第一項規定定期檢測轄區土壤及地下水品質狀況時，應依轄區之地理、地質、水文條件及土地使用情形，逐年編列預算進行檢測，並對有土壤、地下水污染之虞之地區，優先檢測。
