The funds of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Fund shall be derived from the following:(1) revenue from collection of soil and groundwater pollution remediation fees;(2) the amounts paid by polluters, persons potentially responsible for pollution, and interested parties of the polluted land pursuant to articles 43 and 44.(3) payments from land developers pursuant to paragraph 3 of article 51;(4) interests generated from the Fund;(5) funds appropriated through the budget process as prescribed by the central competent authority;(6) funds from the partial appropriation of relevant environmental protection funds;(7) funds from the partial appropriation of criminal and administrative fines for environmental pollution; and(8) other related incomes.

土壤及地下水污染整治基金之來源如下：
一、土壤及地下水污染整治費收入。
二、污染行為人、潛在污染責任人或污染土地關係人依第四十三條、第四十四條規定繳納之款項。
三、土地開發行為人依第五十一條第三項規定繳交之款項。
四、基金孳息收入。
五、中央主管機關循預算程序之撥款。
六、環境保護相關基金之部分提撥。
七、環境污染之罰金及行政罰鍰之部分提撥。
八、其他有關收入。
