Environmental Impact Assessment Enforcement Rules Article 8
The planning referred to in Article 6, Paragraph 1 of this Act means feasibility research, preliminary work, preparation for an application for permission or other stage-based acts the central competent authority determines are related to planning.The central competent authority in consultation with the central industry competent authority shall make the determination in the foregoing paragraph.

本法第六條第一項之規劃，指可行性研究、先期作業、準備申請許可或其他經中央主管機關認定為有關規劃之階段行為。
