Environmental Impact Assessment Enforcement Rules Article 53
The enforcement rules shall take effect as of the date of promulgation except those under the amendment to Article 5-1, Article 11-1 and Article 12 on July 3, 2015, which will take effect six months after promulgation, and the development classified as the development of hotels, tourist hotels, cultural and educational facilities and the application for the installation of cement storage facilities in port areas in the amended Table 1 of Article 12 promulgated on April 11, 2018, which will take effect three months after promulgation, and the amendment to Table 1 of Article 12 promulgated on January 16, 2015, which will take effect on July 1, 2025.

本細則除中華民國一百零四年七月三日修正發布之第五條之一、第十一條之一及第十二條自發布後六個月施行，一百零七年四月十一日修正發布之第十二條附表一之開發行為類型屬旅館、觀光旅館、文教建設及港區申請設置水泥儲庫，自發布後三個月施行，一百十四年一月十六日修正發布之第十二條附表一，自一百十四年七月一日施行外，自發布日施行。
