Environmental Impact Assessment Enforcement Rules Article 29
When the developer fails to revise the draft environmental impact assessment reports pursuant to the review conclusion in Article 13, Paragraph 2 of this Act, the competent authority shall explain the reason and request the developer to make corrections within a limited period.
