Environmental Impact Assessment Enforcement Rules Article 16

Those special circumstances referred to in the proviso in Article 7, Paragraph 2 of this Act and in the proviso in Article 13, Paragraph 3 of this Act means those development activities for which one of the following circumstances apply.I. Those development activities of a massive scale, with an extensive area of impact and for which a review cannot be completed within a short periodII. Those development activities that are highly controversial and for which a review cannot be completed within a short period.
