The review periods in Article 7 and Article 13 of this Act shall start from the date that documents are prepared by the developer and review fees are paid to the competent authority.The review periods in the foregoing paragraph shall not include the following periods.I. The number of days used by the developer to make corrections.II. The number of days, not exceeding 60 days, that involve the interpretation of industry competent authority orders or consultations with other agencies and organizationsIII. The number of other deductible days not attributable to the competent authority
