Environmental Impact Assessment Enforcement Rules Article 13

The competent authority shall make the content of preliminary environmental impact statements or assessment reports, information of committee meeting, conference records and review conclusions publicly available on the website designated by the central competent authority (hereinafter referred to as the Designated Website) when reviewing the environmental impact statement pursuant to Article 7.2 or assessment reports pursuant to Article 13.2.The above mentioned content of preliminary environmental impact statements or assessment reports and information of committee meeting shall be published 7 days before the meeting; the conference records shall be published within 30 days after the conference; the review conclusion shall be published within 7 days after announcement.
