Environmental Impact Assessment Act Article 16
The contents of the original application of an approved environmental impact statement or final environmental impact assessment report may not be modified without the approval of both the competent authority and the industry competent authority.The standards for determining whether an environmental impact assessment needs to be conducted again for approval, as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, shall be specified in the Enforcement Rules of this Act.
