Environmental Impact Assessment Act Article 12
The industry competent authority shall, in conjunction with the competent authority, members of the Committee and other relevant agencies, invite together experts, scholars, groups and local residents to conduct an on-site inspection and hold a public hearing within thirty days after receiving the draft environmental impact assessment report; records of the on-site inspection and public hearing shall be maintained and submitted to the competent authority within thirty days after the on-site inspection and public hearing.The time periods in the preceding paragraph may be extended when necessary.

目的事業主管機關收到評估書初稿後三十日內，應會同主管機關、委員會委員、其他有關機關，並邀集專家、學者、團體及當地居民，進行現場勘察並舉行公聽會，於三十日內作成紀錄，送交主管機關。
