The competent authority shall, after the public briefing meeting, invite together the industry competent authority, relevant agencies, groups, scholars, experts and representatives of local residents in order to define the scope of assessment.Matters for the definition of the scope in the preceding paragraph are as follows.Ⅰ. The confirmation of a feasible alternative planⅡ. 主管機關應於公開說明會後邀集目的事業主管機關、相關機關、團體、學者、專家及居民代表界定評估範疇。
前項範疇界定之事項如下：
