Public Nuisance Dispute Mediation Act Enforcement Rules Article 18
If a person present during mediation proceedings resorts to violence, threats or fraud during mediation proceedings or to obstruct mediation, or is suspected to be involved in other criminal behavior, the members of the mediation committee may request that police assist in the removal of that person and that he or she is handled pursuant to he law.

調處進行中在場之人，如有以強暴、脅迫或詐術進行或妨礙調處，或為其他涉嫌犯罪之行為者，調處委員得請求警察機關協助排除，並依法處理。
