Environmental Analysis Organization Management Regulations Article 25
The testing and analysis organizations whose permits have been revoked or cancelled by the central competent authority for testing and analysis items involved in regulatory violations shall not conduct the said item of testing and analysis after the date of service of the penalty decision.
