Permits shall record the following items:Ⅰ. The name of the organization.Ⅱ. The name and address of the laboratory.Ⅲ. The name of the laboratory manager.Ⅳ.Testing and analysis categories, items and methods.Ⅴ. Validity period.Ⅵ. Other items designated by the central competent authority.
