Environmental Agents Control Act Article 19
Environmental agents manufacturing enterprises, environmental agents vendors, and pest control operator shall establish positions for professional technical personnel.The central competent authority shall determine regulations governing the number of personnel, employment, training, qualifications, work responsibilities, acquisition, revocation, and cancellation of licenses, in-service training, retraining, reporting of vacancies or commissioned filling of vacancies, and other binding matters with regard to the professional technical management personnel in theforegoing paragraph.

環境用藥製造業、環境用藥販賣業及病媒防治業者，應置專業技術人員。
前項專業技術人員之所置人數、聘僱、訓練、資格、執行業務、證照取得與撤銷、廢止、在職訓練、再訓練、出缺報備或代理及其他應遵行事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
