Regulations of New and Existing Chemical Substances Registration Article 30
If a registrant has any concerns regarding the result of registration review, written appeal with stated reasons may be submitted within 30 working days from receiving the notification of the review result.The number of appeals pursuant to the previous paragraph shall be only one.

登錄人於登錄審查結果有疑義者，得於審查結果通知送達之日起三十個工作日內，以書面敘明理由提出申覆。
