Regulations of New and Existing Chemical Substances Registration Article 19
Information on chemical substances registered and approved by the central competent authority shall be disseminated to the public. The information items which shall be disseminated are as follows:I.Registrant informationII.Names of chemical substancesIII.Manufacture or import conditionsIV.Classification and labellingV.Guidance on safe useVI.Physical and chemical propertiesVII.Toxicological and ecotoxicological informationVIII.Hazard assessmentIX.Exposure assessmentThe content pursuant to the previous paragraph shall be publicly disseminated through the Internet by the central competent authority.

經中央主管機關核准登錄之化學物質資料，其應予公開之內容如下：
一、登錄人資訊。
二、化學物質名稱。
三、化學物質製造或輸入情形。
四、化學物質危害分類及標示資訊。
五、化學物質安全使用資訊。
六、化學物質物理與化學特性資訊。
七、化學物質毒理與生態毒理資訊。
八、化學物質危害評估資訊。
九、化學物質暴露評估資訊。
中央主管機關應以網際網路方式公開前項內容。
一、登錄人資訊。
二、化學物質名稱。
三、化學物質製造或輸入情形。
四、化學物質危害分類及標示資訊。
五、化學物質安全使用資訊。
六、化學物質物理與化學特性資訊。
七、化學物質毒理與生態毒理資訊。
