Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act Article 11
Unless other regulations apply, the handling of toxic chemical substances shall be conducted in compliance with methods officially announced or approved by the central competent authority.The central competent authority may, based on management requirements, officially announce control concentration standards and graded handling quantity for toxic chemical substances.
