Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Transportation Management Regulations Article 17
Where the toxic or hazardous concerned chemical substances are transported by motor vehicles, the municipality or county (city) competent authority may request the motor vehicle administration and police agency to conduct on-site inspection.
