Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Transportation Management Regulations Article 13
Where the name, material content or quantity of received toxic or hazardous concerned chemical substances are different from the transport manifest information, the consignee shall, within three working days from the next day of receipt of the goods, report it to the municipality or county (city) competent authority where the transportation is destined.
