Regulations on the Management of Emergency Responders of the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Article 11
Starting from January 1, 2024, those who receive the emergency responder certificate and register themselves as the emergency responders of the handler or response and consulting organization shall complete the retraining each year.Starting from January 1, 2024, those who receive the emergency responder certificate but fail to register themselves as the emergency responders of the handler or response and consulting organization within a year shall complete the retraining within six months from the day after taking office. Those who fail to participate in retraining for some reason shall specify the reason in writing and apply for a delayed training to the municipality/county/city or the original certification authority prior to the reporting day.

自中華民國一百十三年一月一日起，取得專業應變人員合格證書並登載為相關運作人或應變、諮詢機構之專業應變人員者，應每年度完成再訓練。
自中華民國一百十三年一月一日起，取得專業應變人員合格證書，一年內未登載為相關運作人或應變、諮詢機構之專業應變人員者，應於到職之翌日起六個月內完成再訓練。
因故未能參加再訓練者，應於報到日前，以書面敘明原因向直轄市、縣（市）或原認證主管機關申請延訓。
