Competent authorities at all levels shall collect the review fees specified in Appendix 3 for accepting and reviewing the application of the accreditation, change, or alteration of professional response and consulting agencies (organizations) for toxic and concerned chemical substances environmental incidents, in accordance with this Act.Appendix 3.pdf
