Fee-charging Standards for Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act Article 2
Fees designated in these Standards shall include review fees and certificate fees, and specifically the following items:I. Permits: for the manufacture, import, and sale of Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 toxic chemical substancesII. Registration documents: for the use and storage of Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 toxic chemical substancesIII. Approval documents:A. For the manufacture, import, sale, use, and storage of Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 toxic chemical substances, when the total quantity handled is less than the graded handling quantity officially announced pursuant to Article 11, paragraph 2, of this ActB. For the manufacture, import, export, sale, use, and storage of Class 4 toxic chemical substances and concerned chemical substancesIV. Application for removal of restrictions or prohibitions on Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 toxic chemical substances in accordance with Article 8, paragraph 3, of this ActV. Application for prior screening and examination for Polymer of Low Concern (PLC) of new chemical substancesVI. Application for new chemical substances or existing chemical substances registration, including:A. New chemical substances standard registration, simplified registration, small quantity registration, and the extension thereofB. Existing chemical substances phase 1 registration and standard registrationVII. Application for confidential business information protection and extension of confidentiality period for new chemical substances registration or existing chemical substances registrationVIII. Application for accreditation, change of, or alteration of professional response and consulting agencies (organizations) involved with handling toxic and concerned chemical substances environmental incidents.

四、依本法第八條第三項申請解除第一類至第三類毒性化學物質之限制或禁止事項。
五、申請新化學物質之低關注聚合物事前審定審查事項。
六、申請新化學物質或既有化學物質資料登錄事項：
（一）新化學物質資料之標準、簡易、少量登錄及其展延。
（二）既有化學物質資料之第一階段登錄、標準登錄。
七、申請新化學物質或既有化學物質登錄資料保密及延長保密期間事項。
八、申請毒性及關注化學物質環境事故專業應變、諮詢機關（構）（以下簡稱應變、諮詢機構）之認證、變更及異動事項。
