Responsible Enterprise Regulated Recyclable Waste Management Regulations Article 4-1
The following responsible enterprises, having completed registration in accordance with Paragraph 1 of the preceding article, shall affix a container body source emblem approved by the competent authority:I. Manufacturers of paperboard containersII. Importers of paperboard containersIII.Importers of paperboard containers productsThe afore-enumerated responsible enterprises shall be exempted from appending a container body source emblem in the event of one of the following circumstances:I. The body surface area of the paperboard containers measures less than 100 cm2 or, as approved by the competent authority after examining the submitted sample of the body of the container, the material of the body renders it practically unmark able.II.Paperboard containers and paperboard containers products for export.The container body source emblem shall be marked in the following manner within the established time limit:I. Time limit:A. The responsible enterprises that register after the enactment of the amendment to this Regulations on May 3, 2022 shall complete the required marking within two months from the completion of the registration.B. The responsible enterprises that register before the enactment of the amendment to this Regulations on May 3, 2022 in accordance with Paragraph 1 of the preceding article shall complete the required marking within three months from the enactment of the amendment.II. Marking method:A. The emblem shall be at least 1.5 cm in side length.B. For paperboard containers, the emblem shall be affixed to the body of the paperboard containers in a conspicuous manner.C. For products placed within paperboard containers, the emblem shall be affixed to the containers, packaging, or labels in a conspicuous manner.

依前條第一項規定完成登記之下列責任業者，應標示中央主管機關核發之容器本體來源標誌：
一、紙製平板容器之製造業者。
二、紙製平板容器之輸入業者。
三、紙製平板容器商品之輸入業者。
前項所定之責任業者有下列情形之一者，得免標示容器本體來源標誌：
一、紙製平板容器之本體表面積未達一百平方公分或因表面材質特殊而無法標示本體來源標誌，並提供本體樣本經中央主管機關同意。
二、紙製平板容器及紙製平板容器商品供輸出。
容器本體來源標誌之標示期限與標示方式應符合下列規定：
一、標示期限：
（一）本辦法中華民國一百十一年五月三日修正施行後完成登記之責任業者，應於完成登記後二個月內完成標示。
（二）本辦法中華民國一百十一年五月三日修正施行前已依前條第一項規定完成登記之責任業者，應於修正施行後三個月內完成標示。
二、標示方式：
（一）圖樣邊長至少應達一點五公分。
（二）紙製平板容器應顯著標示於紙製平板容器本體。
（三）紙製平板容器商品應顯著標示於其容器、包裝或標籤。
一、紙製平板容器之製造業者。
二、紙製平板容器之輸入業者。
三、紙製平板容器商品之輸入業者。
前項所定之責任業者有下列情形之一者，得免標示容器本體來源標誌：
