Responsible Enterprise Regulated Recyclable Waste Management Regulations Article 10
The declaration of operating volume or import volume shall be reported via the online reporting system of the central competent authority. Declaration forms for operating volume or import volume of articles of responsibility do not need to be submitted. However, responsible enterprises that have been approved by the central competent authority to make declarations in writing shall be exempt from this requirement.
