Waste Disposal Act Enforcement Rules Article 8
Such materials as waste plastic, waste aluminum, waste iron, waste glass and waste paper that have been sorted from waste collected by the enforcement authority pursuant to the foregoing article may be consigned to a recycling enterprise or disposal enterprise, or may be recycled or reused in accordance with methods designated by the central competent authority.

執行機關依前條規定收集之廢棄物，經分類後之廢塑膠、廢鋁、廢鐵、廢玻璃、廢紙等物質，得交付回收業、處理業或依中央主管機關指定之方式進行回收、再利用。
