Waste Disposal Act Article 17
The trust fund of the Resource Recycling Management Fund shall be used for recycling, clearance, and disposal subsidy purposes.The nonprofit special funds of the Resource Recycling Management Fund shall be used for the following purposes:I. Providing subsidies and incentives for recycling systems.II. Covering expenses incurred by enforcement authorities in performing waste clearance and disposal on behalf of others.III. Covering auditing and certification expenses incurred pursuant to Paragraph 5 of Article 18.IV. Other purposes related to waste resource recycling approved by the central competent authority.

資源回收管理基金信託基金，應使用於回收清除處理補貼用途。
資源回收管理基金非營業基金，應使用於下列用途：
一、補助獎勵回收系統。
二、執行機關代清理費用。
三、依第十八條第五項執行稽核認證費用。
四、其他經中央主管機關同意，與廢棄物資源回收有關之用途。
