Resource Recycling and Reuse Act Enforcement Rules Article 4
The central industry competent authority designated in this Act shall be determined according to the industry type or attributes of the renewable resource producing industry.In the event that the determination of central industry competent authority in the foregoing paragraph is disputed, the central competent authority shall request the Executive Yuan to make such determination.

本法所定中央目的事業主管機關，應依再生資源產生事業所屬業別或屬性認定之。
