Resource Recycling and Reuse Act Enforcement Rules Article 18
Those that have been ordered by the disciplinary agency pursuant to this Act to suspend work or suspend business shall submit to the disciplinary agency verification documents demonstrating the completion of corrections or improvements, or other documents designated by the disciplinary agency, in order to apply for the resumption of work or business; only after review and approval by the disciplinary agency may work or operations be resumed.

事業經處分機關依本法規定命其停工或停業者，應於復工、復業前，檢具完成補正或改善證明文件或經處分機關指定之文件，向處分機關申請；經處分機關審查核准後，始得復工、復業。
