Resource Circulation Promotion Act Article 24
Enterprises that have not obtained the right to use the Eco-label, and are engaged in the manufacture, import, sale, or provision of services, shall not engage in any of the following acts:I. Unauthorized use of the Eco-label on products, packaging, or any other documents or information accessible to consumers.II. Unauthorized use of the Eco-label, certificates, certificate numbers, or related wording for labeling, promotion, advertising, or any other public representations.III. Alteration or falsification of Eco-label certificates or label designs.IV. Any other acts deemed by the central competent authority to constitute improper use of the Eco-label.

未取得環保標章使用權之製造、輸入、販賣或提供服務業者，不得有下列行為：
一、擅自使用環保標章於產品、包裝或其他消費者能取得之文件或資訊。
二、擅自使用環保標章、證書、證號或文字進行標示、宣傳、廣告或其他對外之表示。
三、變造環保標章使用證書或標章圖示。
四、其他經中央主管機關認定不當使用環保標章之情形。
